Please allow 3-5 days for your order to process and ship, unless otherwise noted. Made to order items take 3-4 weeks to craft and ship. Once shipped, we are not responsible for items that are lost or stolen in the mail. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.

ORDER ARRIVAL DATE

Your chosen shipping carrier is responsible for delivering your order in a timely manner. Horsethief cannot guarantee an arrival date. If you are having issues with your order delivery or arrival time, please contact your chosen carrier.



Domestic Shipping

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Insurance for your order is available at checkout.

UPS + Fed-Ex will not deliver to PO BOXES. If an order is placed with a PO BOX as the shipping address, we will kindly ask you to provide an alternate shipping address.

International Shipping

The price of International Shipping varies on location and is calculated upon checkout. You may select your carrier from the options provided. Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. The international shipping cost incurred at the time of check out is non-refundable. Customers will not be refunded the shipping cost in the event that an International Shipment is refused by the receiver.
