how the custom jewelry process works

After submitting a custom request you will receive a breakdown of options that fit your budget accompanied by a design plan and cost estimate.
A deposit is required to begin the design process. For accessibility, I offer payment plans in up to four installments.

We will collaborate closely to ensure that you love your custom piece. I will walk you through the process of stone selection and create design sketches for your piece. Revisions are included in the portion of the process.
Once you have confirmed your design I will get to work at the bench. It can take up to 4 weeks (sometimes longer) to hand craft your custom piece.

When your custom piece is ready, you will receive photos via email allowing you to admire your unique piece. Once your final payment is made, we can ship your custom jewels to their new home.

Examples are always helpful! If you have photos or sketches to accompany your request please email them to with the subject line “Examples for (your name)”. text goes here

Keep in mind that most custom orders typically take 4-6 weeks to design, craft, and ship, though timelines may vary by project. Please keep this in mind when requesting your custom piece.
