Horsethief loves stockists and is always happy to share its products with new shops.

STOCK

Since I am a one-woman show available stock on hand varies throughout the year. The majority of wholesale will be made to order.

 

WHOLESALE PRICING

All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized retailers will receive 50% off the MSRP, plus the cost of shipping. Orders are shipped USPS Priority unless otherwise requested. The cost of postal insurance is included in shipping.

 

OPENING ORDERS

A minimum order of $600 is required on opening orders. Initial orders for new accounts must be paid for before items are shipped out.

 

RE-ORDERS

$300 minimum is required for re-orders. 

 

CHANGES TO ORDERS

Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to elizabeth@horsethiefsilver.com within 48 hours.

 

METHOD OF PAYMENT

Payments through Square, Stripe, Venmo, PayPal and checks are all accepted forms of payment. 

 

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Though your order will likely go out sooner, please allow up to 6 weeks for your items to ship. Shipping & handling charges will be calculated and added to your order total when the order is ready to ship. I reserve the right to use my discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. Your preferred carrier may be used if the you agree to assume any additional charges.

 

NATURE OF HANDMADE PRODUCTS

All Horsethief products are handmade by Elizabeth Sanchez. Due to the nature of this production method, each product may vary slightly.

 

DAMAGES / DEFECTS

Always inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact elizabeth@horsethiefsilver.com within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. Horsethief only accepts returns in the case of defective items or merchandise damaged in shipment, as noted above.

 

CONSIGNMENT

At this time, I am not accepting offers for consignment.
